Where can I park?
We have free onsite parking available.

Are children allowed?
Minors are very welcome but must be with a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Can I bring my dog?
Furry friends are welcome in our outdoor areas. Small pets are allowed on rowboats.

Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, we have wheelchair access to our Kiosk and Restaurant areas only.

Boat Hire
Boat hire is from 10am – 4pm every day. First come, first served basis, no pre-bookings. Up to 5 people per boat, kids included.
Please call ahead to ensure boats will be available on the day in case of weather or boat maintenance.

Can I bring a cake and decorations?
You are very welcome to bring a cake. A $2pp cakeage fee is charged. Decorations are also fine but must not be messy or interfere with other patrons.

Do you cater for dietaries?
Our menu has a range of options that can accommodate for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. Please note all dietaries when you are placing a booking, for or any specific dietaries not listed please reach out to our team to confirm options.

Can I request a specific location in the venue?
Our team do take requests for certain seating locations and will do our best to accommodate this for you on the day, however this is not guaranteed. Just make a note in the booking notes if you would like to request an area.

In the event of government enforced lockdowns that impacts your booking, our friendly team will reach out to you about your booking. All pre-paid bookings will be refunded in full, and any credit card captures will not be charged.
